I’m a Pilates teacher with over 14 years experience offering thoughtful classes in East London.

I teach 1:1 equipment Pilates from my home studio in Clapton, Hackney. For appointments please get in touch through the form below.

Wednesday and Friday I’m at Fix in Stratford. This is a reformer/equipment studio as well. Bookings for Fix go through the Fix website where you can see my availability.

Zoom mat class: Every Monday at 6.30pm - all levels welcome.
